Jim .......... Hmmm how could I sum up his service in a review? Frankly I don't think anything I say will match up to the type of person or great service that I have received. I have been hesitant to write a review for this reason feeling that I couldn't convey how great he really is. Let's start off with the fact that I really don't care for any real estate agents, like most companies now adays they lack real customer service and are just like car salesmen for homes just trying to get you in something ..... So they can get a check! This is NOT the case when it comes to Jim! I have been working with Jim for 4 months and we have put out some offers and they didn't pan out..... After awhile I was frustrated and ready to buy whatever property was next and Jim actually told me "NO" .... I was surprised and woke up that moment and he told me we have been looking at properties and this is nothing like what you said you wanted.... The home you want is out there and we will find it! So every day Jim and I are hitting it hard looking for the right one and Jim jumps up and springs in action when we need it(you would swear he is 18 :) ) we have ran into som snags and Jim is right there pushing foe what you want not pointing out things you don't like to convince you, but to make sure YOU are happy with your purchase. Now we have an offer out and hoping for the best but no worries if we don't win the bid because we have Jim.... And he's with us till its done!!! He is the last of a dying breed like a doctor who actually knows you and your families name without looking at a chart ( any recomendations let me know ) and I wish all agents were this way he is what they should strive to be... A "REAL" estate agent!
